After over a year of collaborative involvement and public consultation in conjunction with considerations of financial sustainability, considerations of heritage and environment assessments, the recommended vision for the former Kingston Penitentiary and Portsmouth Olympic Harbour sites was presented to the public on June 1, 2017.
